The Fun of Wine Tasting

While the concept of wine tasting is often associated with a certain snob appeal or an intimidation factor, it doesn't have to be.  As someone who spent many years tasting wine and self-educating before deciding to become a sommelier, I specialize in making wine education easy to understand and fun.  You can have the vocabulary and knowledge that helps you to explain what you like and don’t like.  You’ll know how to be a better wine shopper and recognize good value wines.

And you will learn the proper tasting technique, with my unique additional step, to enhance your enjoyment of wine.

I want to invite you to participate in my ongoing cycle of wine classes or make arrangements for a special event, where participants will be exposed to both traditional and novel approaches to wine tasting, in a relaxed and friendly environment.
