While the concept of wine tasting is often associated with a certain snob appeal or an intimidation factor, it doesn't have to be.  As someone who spent many years tasting wine and self-educating before deciding to become a sommelier, I specialize in making wine education easy to understand and fun.  You can have the vocabulary and knowledge that helps you to explain what you like and don’t like.  You’ll know how to be a better wine shopper and recognize good value wines.

Whether you are throwing an elegant dinner party, an "educational" event for your sales staff and/or clients, a team building corporate exercise, or are interested in wine classes, I can customize a package that suits your needs and pocketbook.

With potential venues of restaurants, hotels, club houses, food and other specialty shops, wine shops or your home, the possibilities are endless.  You choose the theme and determine the wine budget.  You can provide the wine or I can supply the wine.  Catering is also available for wine and food pairing events. 

I’m located in South Florida, but my classes are totally portable, so if you’re willing to pay for travel and accommodations, I’m happy to discuss out of area events as well.
